KWP Products is excited to be a part of the revitalization of Olde Lafayette Village in New Jersey. Once a flourishing retail outlet center with dozens of specialty and outlet shops, Olde Lafayette Village fell on hard times back in 2012. This past January, Lafayette Village Associates was pleased to announce the Purchase of Olde Lafayette Village from Flushing Savings Bank.
The objective, at hand, is to improve the curb appeal of the Village with a much needed transformation, bringing them back to their status of being the “premier retail outlet destination in the area”. Their goal is to modernize the Village but maintain its quaint charm.

In a recent meeting with Sean Stone, project manager for Lafayette Village, he explained why they chose to use KWP Engineered Wood Siding for the project.

“We are very happy with the product; we liked the fit for the village, as the village is supposed to represent a ‘colonial era’ look. In fact, it is exceeding our expectations; we are not only impressed with the finish but the warranty is also a major contributing factor, as well as the support we receive from KWP.”

For Paul Utter of Up and Above Contractors, the foreman overseeing the project, this is first time using KWP.

“We have found that KWP is a nice product to work with, installation is easy & I think it looks great as well.”

We look forward to seeing the Village come to life over the coming months. Here’s a first look at how it coming together!
